Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos are required. 

Refunds/ Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on our press on nails due to sanitary reasons. All press on nails sets orders are personalized and custom to your fitting therefore they may not fit anyone else.
